In 1992, I made my first $10 from music that I had written. We sold our first 500 cassettes right away which covered our expenses and we immediately ordered another 500… I still have a hundred stashed in a closet somewhere! One of my songs, Tropico Paradise, was played on a Cape radio station and that was a trip, hearing my song on the radio!
